Ingredients

  • Coriander, a bunch
  • 4-5 cloves - garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • 6-7 - chillies
  • Salt - to taste
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp

How to Make Kothimer karam (coriander chutney)

  • Wash coriander leaves and put them in the mixer (grinder). Add salt as per taste, cumin, garlic, chillies and lemon juice and grind.
  • Make a paste of it, but make sure it is not too watery.
  • Your chutney is ready.
  • Use as bread spread and with rice.
