Ingredients

  • 6 - Naan
  • 1/2 cup - Carrot and Beans together (Finely Chopped)
  • 1/4 cup - Onion
  • 1 - Tomato (chopped)
  • 1 tbsp - Cooked Corn
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger-Garlic Paste
  • 1 tsp - Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp - Lemon Juice
  • Salt to taste
  • 1/2 tbsp - Oil
  • 1 tsp - Mustard
  • Coriander To garnish

How to Make Kothu Naan-Vegetable Naan

  • In a pan, heat oil. Splutter mustard.
  • Add onion. Saute for a few minutes.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste. Fry till raw smell is gone.
  • Then add garam masala, tomato, carrot, beans and corn. Mix the vegetable and masala together.
  • Close the pan with the lid. Medium the flame.
  • Once the vegetable is cooked, add salt. Mix completely.
  • Tear naan into pieces. Add to the contents in the pan. Mix well till the naan get coated well with the masala.
  • Finally add tomato sauce and lemon juice. Switch off the stove.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
