Ingredients

  • 500 g - Wheat flour (for dough)
  • For kheema:
  • 250 g - Mushroom
  • 4 - Spring onions (only white portion)
  • 2 - green Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp - white pepper
  • Butter - as per need
  • Salt to taste
  • Cooking oil - as per need

How to Make Kumbh Kheema Paratha

  • Finely chop mushroom, onion and garlic.
  • Heat butter in a pan. Add chopped onion and garlic and saute for 2 mins.
  • Add chopped mushroom to the pan and cook for 5 mins.
  • Add salt and white pepper, stir for 2 mins.
  • Switch off the flame and allow the stuffing to cool.
  • Prepare dough.
  • Roll out into small chapattis.
  • Fill the stuffing in the small chapattis and roll into the shape of round parathas.
  • Cook parathas over pan.
  • Serve hot with pudina or sweet tomato chutney.
