Ingredients

  • 300 g - Ladyfingers
  • 1/2 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 2 tbsp - Besan/Gram Flour
  • 1/2 tsp- Chat Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for Deep Frying.

How to Make Kurkure Bhendi-Deep fried ladies finger

  • Wash the ladyfingers/ okra and dry them with a kitchen towel.
  • Then cut them into thin horizontal slices or small round pieces.
  • Now combine all the ingredients (except oil) with the cut okras.
  • Heat the oil in the kadai and add a handful of the okra mixture in it. Repeat until the whole lot is done.
  • Drain it in a kitchen towel.
  • Serve hot with tea.
