  • For Filling:
  • 100 g - mixed farsan (sev, ghatiya, paapdi, etc.)
  • 1 tbsp - desiccated Coconut
  • 1 tbsp - roasted khuskhus
  • 1 tbsp - roasted sesame seeds
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Aamchur powder
  • For the Dough:
  • 250 g - Maida
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Kurkure Samosa:

    1. Mix all the ingredients for filling in a bowl.
    2. Add a tsp of oil and a pinch of salt to the maida and knead into a dough.
    3. Make small balls, roll out into pooris.
    4. Place a spoonful of the filling in the middle, close it in the shape of a samosa and deep fry.
    5. Serve with tomato ketchup or any chutney.
