Ingredients

  • 4 slices white bread
  • 1 small packet kurkure
  • 1 cucumber, sliced
  • A few coriander leaves
  • Margarine or butter
  • For Green Chutney:
  • 1 bunch washed and chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 3 to 4 green chillies, chopped
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder
  • A few cumin seeds
  • 1 tsp salt

How to Make Kurkure Sandwiches

  • Take 2 slices of bread and spread some margarine on it.
  • Take Kurkure, crush it with your hand a little and spread on the slices. Put the slices of cucumber and a few coriander leaves on it.
  • On other 2 bread slices, spread some green chutney/ tomato sauce as per your choice.
  • Cover the sandwiches with these slices and serve immediately.
  • You can enjoy your cold sandwiches at any time of the day.
  • For Green Chutney:
  • Put all the ingredients in the blender and blend it for around 5 minutes until it becomes a smooth paste.
