Ingredients

  • 250 g - Wheat flour
  • 200 g - rock Sugar (misri) ground
  • 200 g - Ghee
  • 1 tbsp - almonds, chopped in slivers
  • 1/2 tsp - Cardamom powder

How to Make Kuti

  • Sieve the wheat flour through a fine mesh.
  • Put ghee in a pan, add flour.
  • Stir fry till flour is pinkish in color and aroma is released.
  • Allow it to cool to room temperature.
  • Mix together roasted flour, sugar, cardamom powder and almonds.
  • Press down in an airtight container, and cool very well before serving
