Ingredients

  • 1 cup - kuttu atta
  • Rock Salt to taste
  • 2 Green chillies
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 3 - medium-sized potatoes, sliced into rounds
  • oil for frying
  • How to Make Kuttu Atta Ke Pakore with Aloo:

    1. In a bowl, add the kuttu atta, dry spices, green chillies and a little water. Make a paste (neither too thin nor too thick).
    2. Heat oil in a kadai. Dip a slice of potato into the batter and deep-fry on both the sides.
    3. Repeat the process for all the potato slices.
    4. Drain out the pakoras when crispy.
