How to Make Kuttu ki Pakodi

  • Wash, peel and cut half of the potatoes into thin rounds, slice another halves into lengthwise sticks. In a large bowl, place the potatoes, add chopped chillies, ginger, coriander leaves.
  • Add all the spices and salt along with buckwheat flour.
  • Add 1 tbsp water, give it a nice toss with spatula and leave for 5 minutes.
