How to Make Laajawab Raita

  • Beat the curd.
  • Add sugar and salt.
  • Mix well.
  • Keep it in refrigerator till cool.
  • Heat a pan and add oil, green chilli and curry leaves.
  • Allow it to splutter. Remove from stove and let it cool.
  • Add roasted jeera powder.
  • Now pour this to the chilled curds and mix well.
  • Before serving, add the pomegranate seeds.
