  • 1 kg - ladies finger
  • 1 tbsp - gram flour
  • 1/2 tbsp - Rice flour
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil to fry

How to Make Ladies Finger Fries

  • Cut the ladies finger into long pieces.
  • Mix the flour, chilli powder and salt and add this mixture to the ladies finger and mix well.
  • Heat the oil in a kadai and deep fry the ladies finger.
