Ingredients

  • 2 cup - besan
  • 2 cup - rava
  • 4 cup - wheat flour
  • 5 to 6 cups - powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp - cardmom powder
  • 2 to 3 cups - ghee
  • charoli

How to Make Ladoo

  • In a deep pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp ghee and fry rava on low flame till it becomes golden brown.
  • Keep aside.
  • Heat 5 to 6 tbsp ghee in the pan and fry besan till it turns pink.
  • Keep aside.
  • Fry wheat flour like besan.
  • Mix rava, besan, wheat flour well.
  • Keep it aside for half an hour to cool.
  • Mix sugar, cardamom powder, charoli to the flours.
  • Mix well so that there are no lumps.
  • Take a handful and roll into ladoos.
