Ingredients

  • 2 cup - besan
  • 2 cup - rava
  • 4 cup - Wheat flour
  • 5 to 6 cups - powdered Sugar
  • 1 tbsp - cardmom powder
  • 2 to 3 cups - Ghee
  • Charoli
  • How to Make Ladoo:

    1. In a deep pan, heat 2 to 3 tbsp ghee and fry rava on low flame till it becomes golden brown.
    2. Keep aside.
    3. Heat 5 to 6 tbsp ghee in the pan and fry besan till it turns pink.
    4. Keep aside.
    5. Fry wheat flour like besan.
    6. Mix rava, besan, wheat flour well.
    7. Keep it aside for half an hour to cool.
    8. Mix sugar, cardamom powder, charoli to the flours.
    9. Mix well so that there are no lumps.
    10. Take a handful and roll into ladoos.
