  • 2 cups - Wheat flour
  • 8 tbsp - Ghee
  • 1 cup - Grated Jaggery (Use more if needed)
  • 5 - 8 pieces -Cashewnuts and Raisins (optional)
  • Cardamom powder
  • How to Make Ladoos:

    1. Roast wheat flour in ghee until golden brown, then cool it.
    2. Mix jaggery and wheat flour well, using your hands.
    3. Add cashew nuts, cardamom powder, and raisins.
    4. You can eat it like this or shape into lemon-sized balls to make ladoos.
    5. Do this while the mixture is still hot.
