How to Make

  • Wash ladies finger & cut into small pieces.
  • Cut onion also into small pieces.
  • Take oil in a frying pan & fry ladyfinger & onion till golden brown .
  • Broil coriander seeds, urad dal, channa dal & red chillies.
  • In the mixer, put the ingredients mentioned in the third step and grind into a powder.
  • Grind the fried lady finger & onion along with the powdered ingredients, sugar & tamarind.
  • Serve with rice or chapatti.
