  • 1/2 kg - tender ladyfingers/okra
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 2 cups - thick curds/yogurt
  • salt to taste

How to Make Lady's Finger In Curds

  • Heat oil in a suitable pan and add the mustard seeds.
  • When they begin to splutter, add the ladyfingers, chilli powder, turmeric powder and salt and fry till it turns brown.
  • Remove from heat and cool for some time.
  • Mix in the curds just before serving with rice or rotis.
