How to Make Laham bajine (Lamb mince)

  • Make the pastry and leave for an hour.
  • Cook the minced meat.
  • Add chopped onion, parsley, mint and cook for 5 mins.
  • Mix the tahina with yoghurt, lemon, syrup, salt and pepper.
  • Add to the minced meat.
  • Make square pieces of the pastry, oil the baking tin and place pastry on it.
  • Cover the pastry with minced meat, decorate with parsley and pine nuts.
  • Bake for half an hour.
  • Serve decorated with mint leaves.
