Ingredients

  • 500 g - Pork (meat-lard: 50:50 proportion)
  • 3 bunches - lai xaak
  • 1 - large Tomato
  • 1 - large Onion
  • 1 - whole Garlic (big)
  • 15 - dry chillies
  • 2 tsp - Mustard oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Lai Xaakor logot Gahori:

    1. Make a paste of tomato, garlic and dry chillies and keep aside.
    2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker.
    3. Cut and add the onion and fry for a minute.
    4. Add the pork and fry for a minute.
    5. Add the paste and salt and mix.
    6. Add lai xaak, mix and fry for a minute.
    7. Cover the lid and cook for 4-5 whistles.
    8. Serve with rice.
