Ingredients

  • Carrot - 1 cup
  • Beetroot - 1 cup
  • Pumpkin - 1 cup
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup
  • Potato -1/2 cup
  • Tomato - 1/2 cup
  • Green chillies chopped - 2 tsp
  • Jeera - 2 tsp
  • Bay Leaves - 2
  • Fresh coriander chopped - 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Sugar - 2 tsp
  • Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
  • Water - 1.5 cups
  • How to Make Lal - Sabzi:

    1. Heat a pan, add oil.
    2. Now, add jeera and bay leaves.
    3. Add all the vegetables and green chillies, and fry for 2 minutes until the color changes.
    4. Add salt, turmeric powder, sugar and mix them all.
    5. Now, add water, and cover it and keep it in a low flame for 10 minutes.
    6. Garnish it with fresh coriander and serve hot.
