Ingredients

  • 1 - goat/sheep's head skinned and cut into medium pieces
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • 2- large onions chopped finely
  • 2 - green chillies slit lengthwise
  • 2 tbsp - ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 2 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 tsp - coriander powder
  • 1 tsp - mustard powder
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 tsp - chopped garlic

How to Make Lamb - Sheep Head Curry

  • Wash the pieces of goat / sheep's head well.
  • Boil with a little water in a suitable pan or pressure cooker till cooked.
  • In another vessel, saute the onions, green chillies and the ginger garlic paste for some time.
  • Add the chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, mustard powder and fry for some time with a little water.
  • Add the cooked sheep's head pieces along with the soup, chopped garlic and salt and simmer till the gravy is thick.
  • Garnish with chopped coriander if deserved.
