How to Make Lamb and Chick Peas Soup

  • Wash the meat and drain well.
  • Finely chop capsicum, cabbage, onion and garlic.
  • Place all these in a heavy based pan.
  • Add stock and cumin powder.
  • Simmer till the meat and vegetables are tender.
  • Add chick peas, salt, Pepper, tomato puree and coriander leaves.
  • Bring to a boil and simmer for 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
