Ingredients

  • 1 lb lamb
  • 2 cups Basmati Rice
  • 2 tsps of chilli powder
  • 1.5 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp daniya powder, turmeric
  • 1 tsp fresh ginger, garlic paste
  • 1 tsp garam masala powder
  • 4-5 bay leaves
  • 5-6 cloves
  • 1 tsp jeera
  • 1 big onion
  • 2 tbsps curd
  • 2 tbsp oil

How to Make Lamb Biryani

  • Cut lamb into 10-12 pieces.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, turmeric, chilli powder, curd, daniya powder, salt, and garam masala to it and mix it together.
  • Keep it for 1 hour.
  • Slice onions.
  • Take a pressure pan, add oil, put cloves, bay leaves, jeera, onions, and cashews (optional).
  • Fry them until red.
  • Then add marinated lamb to it and fry it for 10- 15 minutes.
  • Add rice and fry for some time.
  • Add 3 cups of water and cook for two whistles on medium heat.
