Ingredients

  • 200 gm - red bell peppers
  • 1/2 kg - minced Meat
  • 2.5 tbsp - Peanut Butter
  • 2 tsp - chopped Garlic
  • 2 tbsp - soya sauce
  • 100 gm - roasted Cashew nuts
  • 3 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • 2 - green chillies, seeded and chopped
  • 3 tbsp - fresh breadcrumbs
  • 2 tbsp - chopped coriander
  • oil for frying
  • For satay sauce:
  • 4 tbsp - sweet chilli sauce
  • 3 tbsp - Peanut Butter
  • 250 ml - Chicken stock
  • 60 ml - Coconut Cream
  • 1 tbsp - Lemon juice

How to Make Lamb Satay Burgers

  • Remove seeds from the red bell peppers and grill it until its skin blackens.
  • Peel off the skin and chop them.
  • Combine with remaining burger ingredients.
  • Blend and shape into patties.
  • Chill for 30 minutes.
  • Shallow fry in hot oil until it gets cooked thoroughly.
  • For the satay sauce, combine the ingredients in a pan.
  • Simmer it while whisking until it gets thickened.
  • Stir in coriander to it.
  • Season and serve with the burgers.
