Ingredients

  • 4 - round buns, halved and buttered
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1 cup - lean lamb mince, cooked
  • 1/4 cup - chopped onion
  • 2 - tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup - spinach, chopped
  • 2 - hard boiled eggs, sliced
  • 8 - thin slices of cucumber
  • 1/4 cup - mayonnaise
  • 3 - lettuce leaves | 1/2 tsp - garlic paste
  • 1/4 tsp - ginger paste
  • 1/4 cup - chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 - green chilli chopped finely
  • 1 tsp - soy sauce
  • 1/4 tsp - cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp - pepper powder
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Lamb Spinach Sandwich

  • Heat butter in a pan.
  • Fry onion till transparent.
  • Add ginger-garlic paste and saute.
  • Add lamb mince and simmer for 5 minutes.
  • Add chilli, cumin powder and salt.
  • Add coriander leaves and soy sauce.
  • Cook for another 5 minutes.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Make 4 parts of meat.
  • For sandwich:
  • On 4 halves of bun, put lettuce leaves.
  • Put meat parts on it.
  • Top with egg slices.
  • Top with tomato and cucumber slices.
  • Put the chopped spinach over it.
  • Mix pepper powder with mayonnaise.
  • On the remaining halves of buns, apply mayonnaise on the inner side.
  • Put these halves on the stuffed halves.
  • Bake it for 10 minutes in moderate oven at 450 F.
  • Serve with French fries and ketchup.
