Ingredients

  • 20 Cloves - Fresh Garlic
  • 2 tsp - Chilli powder (or according to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp - Salt (or according to taste)
  • 2 tsp - Vegetable oil

How to Make Lasan (Garlic) Ni Chutney

  • Peel and grind the garlic to a paste.
  • Add the chilly powder, salt and oil to the garlic and mix thoroughly.
  • You should have a thick, but smooth paste.
