Ingredients

  • 2 cups - yogurt
  • 3 tsp - Sugar
  • elaichi power (to taste)
  • 3 - ice cubes
  • 100 g - vanilla ice Cream
  • 3 tsp - Butter

How to Make Lassi

  • Blend yogurt in a mixer along with sugar, elaichi powder and vanilla ice cream.
  • Top with butter and ice cubes and serve.
