Ingredients

  • Bottle guard (lauki) - 200 gm
  • Cheese -6 cubes
  • Besan flour - 1 cup
  • Coriander leaves - few sprigs
  • Green chillies - 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Curry powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Ajwain - a pinch.
  • How to Make Lauki ke Cheese Bombs:

    1. Grate bottle gourd and squeeze it to drain excess water.
    2. Add gram flour, chopped green chillies, chopped coriander, salt, coriander powder, curry powder, 4 heaped spoon full of grated cheese and make the batter.
    3. Heat oil in a heavy bottomed pan and make small balls of the batter and fry till golden brown.
    4. Serve.
