  • 1 cup - Grated lauki
  • 1 cup - Chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup - Fresh curds (Chilled)
  • Cumin seeds
  • Coriander leaves
  • Green chillies
  • Salt
  • Hing (Asafoetida)
  • 1 tsp - Oil

How to Make Lauki Salad with Chapathi

  • Add one spoon of oil in a pan and put cumin seeds, green chillies, salt and a pinch of hing.
  • Add grated lauki and onion and turn off gas while lauki and onion are still raw.
  • In the same pan, add the coriander leaves, salt to taste and chilled curd.
