  • 300 g - all-purpose flour
  • 200 g - powdered Sugar
  • 100 g - unsalted Butter
  • 100 g - Almond powder
  • 1 tbsp - dried lavender
  • Salt - a pinch
  • 2 tbsp - Milk
  • How to Make Lavender cookies:

    1. In a bowl mix the lavender petals with the powdered sugar thoroughly and add butter chunks and beat it with the sugar lavender mixture.
    2. Now add the all-purpose flour, salt and almond powder to it and mix well thoroughly into a smooth dough by adding a little milk.
    3. Wrap in cling film and refrigerate for half an hour.
    4. Preheat the oven to 180.
    5. Flour the work surface and roll the dough into a 1/4 inch thick sheet. Use cutters of your choice to cut out shapes.
    6. Place the cut cookies on the lined baking tray.
    7. Place the tray with cookies in and bake for 12-15 minutes, watching closely so that they don't get too brown.
