How to Make Layered egg curry

  • Cut onions and in a pan fry till it turns translucent, add garlic paste and fry for a minute
  • Meanwhile cut tomatoes into small pieces, and add to the pan
  • Add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt
  • Fry all the ingredients nicely, and finally break the eggs and put directly on this mixture one by one
  • Keep for 15 mins on low flame
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
