Ingredients

  • 4 - eggs
  • 3 - Onions
  • 2 tbsp - oil
  • 2 - Tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 3/4 tsp - Garlic paste
  • A pinch - Garam Masala
  • Salt to taste
  • Coriander leaves for garnish
  • How to Make Layered egg curry:

    1. Cut onions and in a pan fry till it turns translucent, add garlic paste and fry for a minute
    2. Meanwhile cut tomatoes into small pieces, and add to the pan
    3. Add chilli powder, garam masala, turmeric powder and salt
    4. Fry all the ingredients nicely, and finally break the eggs and put directly on this mixture one by one
    5. Keep for 15 mins on low flame
    6. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve
