Ingredients

  • 3 cups - atta
  • 1/4 cup- Ghee
  • 1 cup - finely cut Spring onions
  • 3/4 cup - finely cut menthi
  • 3/4 cup - finely cut Coriander leaves
  • 3 tbsp - finely cut Green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 3 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • For Omlette:
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 1/2 tbsp - coriander powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/2 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Leafy Vegetable Roti with Omlette:

    1. For Roti:
    2. Take atta in a bowl.
    3. Add spring onions, methi, coriander leaves, ginger- garlic paste, green chillies, oil and salt.
    4. Add sufficient water to make soft dough.
    5. Keep aside for 15 minutes.
    6. Take dough into small round shapes and make roti.
    7. Heat the tawa and place the roti and apply ghee on both sides of the roti.
    8. Keep aside.
    9. For Omlette:
    10. In a bowl, beat eggs with salt ,coriander powder, red chilli powder, ginger- garlic paste.
    11. In a pan, heat oil and pour the mix.
    12. Cook both sides until it is golden brown in color.
    13. Serve with rotis.
