How to Make Leafy Vegetable Roti with Omlette

  • For Roti:
  • Take atta in a bowl.
  • Add spring onions, methi, coriander leaves, ginger- garlic paste, green chillies, oil and salt.
  • Add sufficient water to make soft dough.
  • Keep aside for 15 minutes.
  • Take dough into small round shapes and make roti.
  • Heat the tawa and place the roti and apply ghee on both sides of the roti.
  • Keep aside.
  • For Omlette:
  • In a bowl, beat eggs with salt ,coriander powder, red chilli powder, ginger- garlic paste.
  • In a pan, heat oil and pour the mix.
  • Cook both sides until it is golden brown in color.
  • Serve with rotis.
