  • Left over Rice - 2 cups
  • Rava - 2 tsp
  • Salt
  • Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Amchoor powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies - optional
  • Oil - for frying pakodas
  • How to Make Left over Khichdi Rice pakodas:

    1. Mix leftover rice with salt, chilli powder, chopped green chillies and amchoor powder.
    2. Mix rava into it.
    3. Make small balls of it and fry in a deep kadai.
    4. Serve.
