Ingredients

  • 2 - Eggs.
  • 1 cup - Leftover dressed pasta.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp - Dried rosemary.
  • 1/4 tsp - Dried oregano.
  • 1/8 tsp - White pepper powder.
  • 2 tbsp - Grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil.

How to Make Leftover Pasta Omelette

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl.
  • Now add all the ingredients, except cheese and oil, and mix well.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Pour the mixture in the pan and spread it evenly.
  • Now add the grated cheese.
  • Cover and let it cook until the cheese melts.
  • Slide it into a plate.
  • Cut into 4 even pieces.
  • Serve hot.
