Ingredients

  • 2 - Eggs.
  • 1 cup - Leftover dressed pasta.
  • Salt to taste.
  • 1/4 tsp - Dried rosemary.
  • 1/4 tsp - Dried oregano.
  • 1/8 tsp - White pepper powder.
  • 2 tbsp - Grated Parmesan cheese.
  • 3 tbsp - Olive oil.
  • How to Make Leftover Pasta Omelette:

    1. Beat the eggs in a bowl.
    2. Now add all the ingredients, except cheese and oil, and mix well.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Pour the mixture in the pan and spread it evenly.
    5. Now add the grated cheese.
    6. Cover and let it cook until the cheese melts.
    7. Slide it into a plate.
    8. Cut into 4 even pieces.
    9. Serve hot.
