Ingredients

  • 2 cups - cooked Rice
  • 1 - Onion
  • 1.5 cups - chopped mixed vegetables (beans, corn, carrot)
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Cilantro Leaves
  • Salt
  • 2 tsps - soy sauce
  • 1 tsp - chilli sauce
  • How to Make Leftover rice masala:

    1. Cut the onion in long slices.
    2. Heat some oil till it's hot and add the onions.
    3. Gently fry for 2 minutes.
    4. Add all the vegetable, salt and fry till cooked.
    5. Add the leftover rice and mix it with the vegetables.
    6. Add turmeric powder, garam masala, cilantro, lemon juice, soy sauce and chilli sauce and saute well.
    7. Serve hot.
