Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Rice (cooked)
  • 2 - eggs
  • 1 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • Mint leaves
  • 2-3 - green chillies, cut into small pieces
  • 2-3 - Cinnamon sticks, small
  • 2-3 - Cloves
  • 1/4 tsp - Garam Masala
  • Chinese salt (optional)
  • Oil, small amount
  • Salt to taste
  • Jeera
  • 1/2 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • How to Make Leftover Rice:

    1. Beat the eggs in a bowl and then scramble them over medium heat.
    2. Heat oil in a pan, add jeera, cinnamon and cloves.
    3. When they start spluttering, add the onions and fry them till golden brown.
    4. Add ginger- garlic paste, chopped green chillies, mint leaves, and fry for some time.
    5. Then, add the scrambled eggs, garam masala powder and salt.
    6. Cook for about 3-4 mins.
    7. Add the cooked rice and mix thoroughly with some more salt.
