Ingredients

  • Leftover dosa batter
  • 1 - onion, big chopped
  • 2 - chillies, chopped
  • 4-5 - cashews, broken into bits
  • 1 tbsp - Bengal Gram
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 4-5 - Curry leaves
  • Salt
  • oil
  • How to Make LeftoverMagic:

    1. Heat a tsp of oil in a kadai and add the cashews and Bengal gram.
    2. Once they turn golden, add the curry leaves, chopped onion, chillies, salt and turmeric powder.
    3. Add this to the left over batter and mix thoroughly.
    4. Heat a frying pan or a tawa and add a ladle full of the batter and spread in a circular motion to get a dosa.
    5. Drizzle oil around the edges.
    6. Cover and cook for a minute.
    7. Flip over and cook for 20 - 30 seconds.
    8. Serve with coconut chutney.
