  • 1 cup - fresh Corn kernels
  • 1 tsp - chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup - fresh Lemon juice
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Lemon Corn in 2 Minutes:

    1. Take 1 fresh corn and remove the kernels or get the frozen corn kernels.
    2. Add oil in a kadai and allow the oil to heat.
    3. Add the corn kernels.
    4. saute it in heated oil until it is light brown in color.
    5. Now, add red chilli powder and salt.
    6. saute it properly.
    7. Add lemon juice to the mixture.
    8. Let it cook for 1 minute.
    9. Serve it hot.
