How to Make Lemon Fish Fry

  • Clean fish and cut into thin pieces. Place the fish pieces in a plate and make slits on the surface.
  • Marinate it with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder, and salt. Keep aside for 4 hours.
  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Dissolve corn flour in water and sprinkle on the marinated fish pieces.
  • Deep-fry the fish pieces till golden brown.
  • Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with onion and lemon slices.
