Ingredients

  • 2 medium-sized fish (cut into thin pieces)
  • 2 tbsp Corn flour
  • 2 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
  • Juice of 3 Lemons
  • 1.5 tsp Red Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Dhania powder
  • Salt to taste
  • How to Make Lemon Fish Fry:

    1. Clean fish and cut into thin pieces. Place the fish pieces in a plate and make slits on the surface.
    2. Marinate it with lemon juice, ginger-garlic paste, chilli powder, dhania powder, and salt. Keep aside for 4 hours.
    3. Heat oil in a pan.
    4. Dissolve corn flour in water and sprinkle on the marinated fish pieces.
    5. Deep-fry the fish pieces till golden brown.
    6. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with onion and lemon slices.
