Ingredients

  • 300 gms - Shelled corn kernels
  • 20 gms - Roasted red chilli paste
  • 5 gms - Lemon grass shoot, chopped
  • 5 gms - Maca root leaves, chopped
  • 20 gms - Corn flour
  • 75 gms - Potatoes, boiled and mashed
  • Oil for frying
  • 10 gms - Ginger, chopped
  • 10 gms - Garlic, chopped
  • 20 gms. Onions, chopped
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of ajinomoto

How to Make Lemon grass & macaroot corn patties

  • Chop corn kernels roughly.
  • Add chopped lemon grass and macaroot leaves.
  • Add rest of the ingredients and make a mixture.
  • Make patties, 3 cm in diameter.
  • Deep fry and serve hot.
