Ingredients

  • 2 cups - Lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup - Red Chilli powder
  • 1/4 cup - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Methi seeds
  • 1/4 cup - Salt
  • Oil
  • To temper:
  • 1 tsp - Mustard Seeds
  • 1 tsp - Jeera
  • 2-3 - Red Chillies
  • Some Curry leaves
  • How to Make Lemon Juice Pickle:

    1. Dry roast mustard seeds and grind it to a fine powder.
    2. Roast methi seeds and grind to powder.
    3. Extract juice from lemons.
    4. Add chilli powder, mustard powder, methi powder, and salt to it and blend it.
    5. Heat oil and fry some mustard seeds, jeera, red chillies, and curry leaves.
    6. Pour the pickle into this.
    7. Heat it for some time and remove from heat.
    8. Serve with idli and dosa.
