Ingredients

  • 400 g - king fish
  • 1 cup - vinegar
  • 1 tbsp - salt
  • 1 pinch ground black pepper
  • 25 g - green pepper, finely sliced
  • 25 g - red pepper, finely sliced
  • 25 g - onions, finely sliced
  • 1 small red chilli, finely sliced
  • 2 inch ginger, finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp - lemon juice

How to Make Lemon Marinated King Fish with Chilly

  • Cut fish into small cubes.
  • Marinate in vinegar, salt and pepper for 1 hour.
  • Remove fish from marinade.
  • Mix fish with remaining ingredients.
  • Season to taste again if necessary.
