  • 2 - Medium-sized cucumbers, finely chopped
  • Mint chutney (made with a bunch of coriander, green chillies, pudina/Mint leaves, and very little salt and blended in a mixer with a little water)
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of Red Chilli powder
  • Half a Lemon
  • 1/2 cup - besan flour
  • 1/2 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 Tsp - Chilli powder
  • How to Make Lemony Cucumber Pakoras:

    1. Wash, peel, and chop the cucumbers into fine pieces.
    2. Add the mint chutney, chilli powder, and salt and squeeze the juice of lemon over it.
    3. Make a paste of half a cup of besan or chickpea flour, add water, salt, turmeric powder, and chilli powder and mix into paste (add water little by little so that the batter doesn't become too thin).
    4. Add the base mix into this paste.
    5. Pick up little bits in you palm and deep fry in hot oil and enjoy as pakoras.
