Ingredients

  • 2 tsp - gelatine or equivalent china grass
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • 2 cups - Orange juice fresh
  • 2 tsp - Lemon juice
  • Sweetex as per taste
  • 1 cup - fruit of choice (watermelon scooped balls, Pineapple bits, Orange
  • To garnish:
  • Segments of apples, peaches, etc.

How to Make Lemony Dessert

  • Sprinkle gelatine crystals over water in a small container.
  • Keep aside for 5 minutes.
  • Heat the crystal indirectly, till dissolved.
  • Or prepare the china grass solution as per directions of manufacturer.
  • Add all ingredients together except fruit.
  • Pour in a container, chill till semi - set.
  • Add half the fruit, mix in with a fork, allow to set completely.
  • Cut it and serve with the remaining fruit.
