Ingredients

  • A few - Lettuce leaves
  • 2 cups - Buttermilk
  • Pepper powder
  • Salt
  • Chaat masala
  • Lemon juice (as per need)

How to Make Lettuce Buttermilk

  • Grind the lettuce leaves with a little buttermilk and make a fine paste.
  • Add the remaining buttermilk, pepper powder, salt, chaat masala and lemon juice to this and blend everything into a smooth buttermilk.
  • Strain and serve chilled.
