Ingredients

  • 1 cup - rava
  • 3/4 cup - sugar
  • 2 tbsp - ghee
  • 1/4 cup - milk
  • 1 tbsp - cardamom
  • 1 cup - coconut flakes
  • 1 tbsp - saffron

How to Make Lip-smacking Rava Ladoo

  • Take the ghee in a deep saucepan and heat it.
  • Add rava and cook on low heat. Stir continuously.
  • When the rava turns light brown, add the sugar. Stir for 3-4 minutes.
  • Keep this aside and let it cool down for some time.
  • Add cardamom powder, coconut flakes and saffron.
  • Add half the quantity of milk. Mix well.
  • Wet your hand with the milk and shape the mixture into ladoos.
