  • 14 oz - sweet condensed milk
  • 5 oz - evaporated milk
  • 1 pint - heavy cream
  • 4 oz -whipped cream
  • 1 can - litchis
  • 1/2 cup - whole milk

How to Make Litchi Ice Cream

  • Grind half the litchis with milk in a food processor.
  • Chop the remaining litchis into bite-sized pieces.
  • Now mix all ingredients in a bowl and combine until well blended.
  • Pour in to airtight container and freeze overnight.
