Ingredients

  • 1/2 kg - chicken/mutton liver
  • 1 - Onion
  • 4-5 flakes - Garlic
  • 2 inch - Ginger
  • 1-2 tsp - black pepper powder
  • 1 bunch - green Onion leaves
  • 1/4 tsp - chilli powder
  • 2-3 - Green chillies
  • 5-6 tsp - oil - 5
  • Salt as per taste

How to Make Liver Fry

  • Cut the liver into small pieces say about 1 inch in size.
  • After cutting, clean them thoroughly.
  • Chop the onions lengthwise.
  • Chop the green chillies lengthwise, removing the seeds.
  • Grate the ginger and garlic.
  • Chop the green onion finely.
  • Now, in a non-stick pan cook the liver with 1 cup of water or till the liver is cooked well with salt, pepper powder, chilli powder.
  • Dry all the excess water.
  • Put one or two tsp of oil and just fry the liver for five minutes.
  • Keep it aside.
  • Simultaneously, in another pan put little oil, fry ginger and garlic paste.
  • Add chopped onions and fry them till light golden.
  • Finally, mix the mixture to the liver and stir them.
  • Add the green onion leaves and fry them for some more time till everything is blend well.
  • Serve them hot.
