Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/4 cup - Rava
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 pinch - Baking soda (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup - Water
  • Oil to deep fry

How to Make Lola Puri

  • Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
  • Take a small spoonful, drop into hot oil and deep fry.
  • Allow it to puff up, flip and fry other side until it is light brown.
