Ingredients

  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/4 cup - Rava
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1 pinch - Baking soda (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp - Cardamom powder
  • 1/2 cup - Water
  • Oil to deep fry
  • How to Make Lola Puri:

    1. Mix all the ingredients and keep it aside for 1/2 an hour.
    2. Take a small spoonful, drop into hot oil and deep fry.
    3. Allow it to puff up, flip and fry other side until it is light brown.
