Ingredients

  • 4 - leftover chapattis
  • 4 - eggs
  • 1 - Onion (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 tbsp - green Coriander leaves (finely chopped)
  • 2-3 - Green chillies (finely chopped)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • How to Make Low-budget egg paratha:

    1. Beat the eggs.
    2. Add salt, pepper, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped green coriander leaves.
    3. Heat the tawa.
    4. Add 2 tbsp oil.
    5. Pour some beaten egg mixture.
    6. Keep the roti on the tawa and press.
    7. When cooked, turn over to cook the other side.
    8. Serve with tomato ketchup.
