How to Make Low-budget egg paratha

  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add salt, pepper, chopped onions, green chillies and chopped green coriander leaves.
  • Heat the tawa.
  • Add 2 tbsp oil.
  • Pour some beaten egg mixture.
  • Keep the roti on the tawa and press.
  • When cooked, turn over to cook the other side.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup.
