Ingredients

  • 1 litre - skimmed Milk
  • 1 tsp - low fat Curd

How to Make Low Cal Paneer

  • Boil milk in a pan.
  • When it begins to boil, add low fat curd and stir well.
  • Remove from heat and stir gently until the milk curdles.
  • Strain, put the curdled milk on a muslin cloth and hang for about 1/2 hour to drain the whey.
  • Use as required.
