Ingredients

  • 2 - digestive biscuits roughly crushed
  • 2 tbsp - Honey
  • 250 ml - plain soymilk, chilled
  • 5 - 6 - ice cubes, crushed
  • 1 - 2 - drops vanilla essence

How to Make Low cal Shake

  • Place biscuits in an electric mixer.
  • Add 50 ml. milk, run to form a smooth paste.
  • Add all other ingredients in a mixie.
  • Blend till mixture is very frothy.
  • Pour into individual chilled glasses.
  • Serve chilled.
